I have an IPTV connection with Aritel. The TV and the broadband are functioning. However, there has been a problem of no landline functioning for the last 2 months now. I have placed a complaint with Airtel and have strived to keep the complaint alive (3084756)

There has been no resolution of the same and I am finally fed up of this poor service that I have received.

I hope there is still something that they can do ... else I might have to change my connection.
