I am having Airtel IPTV / Broadband connection from Airtel. My landline number is 01244264357. I had taken this connection in Gurgaon. Now I have shifted to Bangalore.

I have called on 14th August on Airtel customer care number to deactivate my Broadband / Landline / IP TV as i had shifted to Bangalore. My phone was transferred to Retention team and the guy informed me that it is better to shift the connection from Gurgaon to Bangalore as it is free and will be done in 2 to 3 days. So I didn’t deactivated the same. It was assured to me that the same will be done in 2-3 days.

On 8th Sept, I had again called Airtel customer care and gave request for transfer and I got the shock of my life when the customer service told me that it will take around 1 month for shifting. This was really shocking to hear that Airtel takes 1 month to shift the connection and surprising the guy on 14th august has confirmed me that it will be done in 2-3 days. I am really surprised on this worse service quality of Airtel.

Also I will not be using internet / IP TV and Airtel will take 1 month to shift it, why should I be paying bill for 1 month to you?

Further, I sent mail to airtel at 121@airtel.in regarding the complaint thinking that i will get resolution from them. But I was wrong. A very diplometic reply came that our team is working on it and it will be closed shortly. I again sent the mail asking for timelines but now very very shocking i got the mail that it will be done in 30 days.

I am really feeling harrased from Airtel with such type of services.

Have sent more than 6-7 mails to Nodal Officers, App officers as well as to MD of Airtel Bharti, but not getting any reponse.

5 days back, I got from some guy called Neeraj (9958975062) who discussed the issue with me and readily accepted that there is a fault from Airtel on this and no fault from my side.

He further checked and came with a new story that Airtel cannot give me any new connection as of now. When he was asked why this was not checked earlier before collecting my documents, he again said that it’s the mistake of the guy, who collected my documents.

He assured me that he will speak to technicians and provide me the connection. He also assured me that he will me next day i.e. on 27th Sept. As expected, he did not called me and finally I called him in evening and got the excuse that as he has not received any revert from technician, so he has not called me. He did not even bother to inform this to me. For this also, I also had to call him. Further he said that he will surely call me by 8PM and will update the status.

But again did not got any call from his side. Now, when I called him today again, I got to know that he is on off today and somebody called Sanjeev picked up the call and asked me to tell him the complete issue again.

Till date i have not received any call from him.

2 days back, i receievd call from Appelite officer - Pooja from the number 9650807226. She also assured that problem will be reoslved, but nothing has happened. Not able to see any end on this.

Things have gone so worst, which I had never imagined. Had never imagined such a pathetic service from Airtel. Every day getting mails from 121@airtel.in that request will be resolved soon. But when?????????
