res.sir/madam, myself is devender s/o satbir singh r/o a-35 rajiv nagar begum pur new delhi 110086. i am a custumer of videocon d2h my custmer id is 2110524 on sunday 13 june 2010 i order a movie on demand (na ghar ke na ghat ke) at 2:50 pm and movie start on 3 pm on channal no 270 but my device(d2h reciver) was fail at 3:25 pm at that time the weather was clouded( not good) but at 5 pm when weather become good and my service was not resumed i call to custmer care and register my complaint and next day a service engg. visit at my home at 1:30 pm and repair my device but till now they did not refund my amount for movie on demand after calling many times also they dont give me another chance for view the movie.now the question is that why i pay for that thingh which i don't saw? videocon did not want to give me my money refund this is a big chitting by them and we/ i don't know that with how many people they do this if theire system /device was failed(in warrentty) then what is a custmer mistake kindly do some thing for me and send a notice to videocon d2h on above matter and please help in refund of my money

I had applied for re-installeation of videocon d2h product on 9th October, again on 12th October.

Today is 27th october, & the product is not re-installed yet.

I have already credited Rs 3500/- 12 days back for recharging of my account, but to my big surprise the customer care & other officers are unable to handle the pity problem.

I call daily to customer care numbers which are CHARGABLE because VIDEOCON d2h HAS DELIBERATELY BLOCK THE TOLL FREE NUMBERS. They keep customers hold for 5-6 minutes.

Full of fake promises they make----

Kindly get my money back & I want heavy fine on them for mentally 'raping' me.
