On 11/06/2011 we approached an agent to recharge our Airtel Digital TV subscription ,
the Agent name is

Our Subscription No. is 3004278035 and paid 6120 to recharge for Parent+Child for One year+2 Mnths free scheme.

The Agent is just playing the games here with us. He has not recharged for the full year but rather he is recharging in small denominations like for 15 days or one month. Our connection is getting disconnected frequently. We are helpless now and at the mercy of the Agent to recharge as he wants and as he wills. Repeated calls to him or to Airtel office doesn't have any affects.


Once after raising complaint on this board, Airtel responded , but the Agent again has made recharge for 3 months.

The problem persists again after few months we got the recharge, but that agent recharged it again for 3 months and not the complete subscription. Can anyone please look into this and punish the agent and make necessary recharge.

Please do call me whenever needed for more clarification.

Please see that he recharges for the whole amount which is outstanding and please try to revoke his dealership , since he is such a pain for the customers.
