I had paid cash of Rs 2190/ for Air Tel DTH connection to AirTel collection agent Mr Dron 9946541313 in trivandrum on 17 Sep 11 and was promised that DTH would be installed before 48 hours. Neither connection nor online receipt has come so far. This is very poor and deficient service.

I spoke to all concerned of Air tel including Mr Manish, Mr Dalip, Mr Ajay Mr Manoj, Mr Dron, but they do not seems to be bothered much or serious in installation. False promises are made. Mr Ajay hardly picks up his phone. Mr Manoj says he is not the concerned person. Mr Dron says he was responsible only for collecting cash and has no other responsibility. Customer care number note down the details and do not respond or deliver. Pin code number were initially given to Mr Manish,who called at first go, then to Mr Dron who came to collect cash and then to others. Mr Daleep speaks rudely, as he has been obliging us and we are disturbing him. This reflects poor and week management and uncontrolled handling of the affairs.

I was having high regard for Air Tel Brand. I am made to run around or call various numbers spending time and money. Various long calls were made This reflects poorly on the brand.
