I want to raise a complaint against airtel broadband service. My airtel account number is 14581761, i have been using the broadband service since 3 years. I have asked these folks to change my broadband plan.

I initially asked them to cancel the connection on 3rd september, but these folks told me that they will change the plan to 499.

Its 1st november and till date, they have not changed the plan.

I have called them n number of times but they have not responded back with change in plan.

I am raising this complaint against Andhra Pradesh Airtel Boradband service.

I would like you to take strict action against them.
