Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a customer of Airtel dish tv , while I purchased this connection I had faith and believe that I am going to use a best network and service. But I was wrong as I faced so many problems and I tried to resolve all but really I am surprising that after so many called to customer care I did not get any solution except a comments “we will resolve your problem soon” can you believe I called to customer care at least 50 times and get the same reply every time.
Now i tell you my small problem I purchased this connection from gurgaon and after a month I relocated to pune I requested to customer care for safe custody of my account after relocation I again request to remove the safe custody of my account and they sent the service engineer to reinstalled the antenna after so many follow up even after 10 days follow up I got the service and after that I got the channels only for 2 hrs after that I am getting the one error code 6 and not able to see any channel I complaint so many time even spoke to supervisors regarding the same problem but got the same reply……………..
As I am facing this problem since last 2 months so now I am using local cable connection but in airtel so body is capable to resolve this proble.
