Hi,
I am the customer of airtel digital TV with number 3000217735 for almost 3 years now.
On 12.10.2011, they have deducted an amount of 49.64 for subscribing Hindi Plus top-up which I never requested for.

When I contacted customer care, they were not capable of answering my call and kept me on hold for a while or long time and disconnects the call.

please lodge my complaint to consumer forum.
