airtel digit tv is not attending the complaint made on 5/1/12 till date i am not getting the channel. customer care is not responding the complaint. Set top box which was supplied by them is frequently giving truoble. when i contacted them they ask me to pay Rs.750/- against replacement of STB. Earlier one time i paid the charge within four months they are demanding again. in the mean time without delivering the channels to me they are deducting the daily charges from my credit. they should not do without rectifing the fault

Till date the problem was not solved. Nobody contacted for rectification of fault clearance. but daily rate you are cutting from my credit with out sending any signal to my end.
