There is no service at all in Airtel Digital TV Connection.
By any Chance , if there is a service then we can say this as a poor or bad service but here there is no service.

Beware of using/ Calling AIRTEL Digital TV. while contacting the Airtel TV people they are giving false information like service engineer will come and do service with in certain time frame but actually they are not doing that.

They are eager in collecting money alone from customer and cheating the customer by giving false informations in giving tentative dates for resolving the issues.

My Airtel TV account Number is : 3006667578 and i am facing a problem (getting error code as SM2,every now and then ). And also i informed the same to customer care executives by calling 18001028080 and they are always cheating me by giving wrong information like some one will be coming to my house to resolve the issue.But all the executives are doing lot of false promise in the similar way but issues are not getting resolved.

So , always be aware while calling the customer care services and make sure you people are not getting cheated.If you are getting cheated then please post here , so that they understand that we brilliant consumers are more intelligent than the people those who are doing improper business by giving false information.
