Respected sir,
I purchaged airtel dth connection dated 26/5/2010 through costomercare advertisement through airtel site.
my costomer id is 3004193447. and tranction id 8963217
my dth installtion done at 28/5/2010 from dealer parth electronics modasa area pin 383315.
with my pack 1 month economy pack free which added my airtel and activation done but after 2 hrs dealer changed my settop box dueto this was not yours settop box and replaced with new one.
after that no activation and error shows.
i contected dealer he replied me this is not my respincibilty to activate it because you took connection through customer not through me.
he used abuse words and dont care customer but he intreasted new customer activation in my present.
i inform to nodal officer and airtel management then connection activation done next day with the help of main office.
although he cheated me with 3 different v.c. numbers which helps in activation.to delay activation
A phone call from delhi office againest that dealer for this cheating and abuse words and promise me that we take aginst action with them.but not till now.
I have all recored evidence fro that communication with dealer

my old customer id is 3004168929 which change after activation . .3004193447.

within that 2 days i have social events which i distruped and under mental tention for phone call and dealer problem

I connected to nodel officer mr. gopal suryavanshi but phone under voice call. no answer

whinthin that delay my cable through operator disconnected and no channel is avaible due to mismanagement.
do needful this matter
