    My Airtel DTH account No is 3000823239
    On 9th July 2011, My 'dish' was knocked off by a storm, following which I called to lodge a complaint at the so-called efficient Airtel Call Center, and was asked to call back in an hour as the "systems were being upgraded".
    Surely enough the 'systems' could not be upgraded throughout the day and finally i gave up, called on10th, when i got the same reply and then 11th the same reply !!!
    Even if they can not access my information, lodging a complaint should not have anything to do with it! and i should be given a reference number EVERYTIME i call up the Customer call center.!!!
    Finally when i could get through, on 12th JUly, I was assured the 'dish' would be reinstalled in 24 hours.
    It has been almost 100 hrs. now, and still everytime i call up, i'm handed a new reference number and assured that the problem would be resolved in 12-24 hours.
    On top of that, the call center executives are rude and arrogant enough that when u ask them to connect you to their superiors, they disconnect the call.
    the funniest thing is that my neighbours who use Videocon and another one who uses Dish TV already got their connections up and running by 10th !!!
    It was a mistake having opted for Airtel Digital TV.

    Default ved Aitel digital Tv Comp..

    I have Airtel digital TV Account is 3002134209 and it had problem from 14/07/2011. I complained it to customer care about it and got comp. no 10009191 first times. When I did not get any response then again complain it to that...it happened more time. After some day 25/07/2011 engg..come and told that change about set box and he took Rs100 service charge and Rs 350 set box charge and done it. But problem is same remain. till date 30/07/2011
    So write now I would like to disconnect the account and get back my money...

    Thumbs down Airtel DTH - Worst customer care services

    We've not receiving Signal. Hence contacted customer care. Today is the 5th day and ni resolution to the query. When we call customer care...they had held the call for 30 mins. My complain request numbers are 10672697, 10645131 & 10619830. My digital ITV Customer ID is 3006018741. I have rs.940 as balance and the customer care people are not providing any resolution for nearly a week. I have been only wasting my money by calling them daily, nearly 2 to 3 times and sometimes more than that as they hang the call in the midst. PATHETIC SERVICES.
