I have applied for Airtel Digital TV Connection on by calling your 24 *7 customer support in the number 0124 4448080 .The call center representative guided me to get it through online by using my credit card. My customer ID is 3008867580.
I again called the customer service support on 30 th September 2011 for additional connection as I was having another TV set in my house. This time also the call centre representative guided me to get it through online by using my credit card. This time the transaction was done through VRITIINFOCOMM BILLDESK and with the following reference details

As I was not getting the connection till 03-10-2011 I complained through your customer care number. The representative informed that they cannot register a complaint but promised me to forward my complaint to VRITIINFOCOMM BILLDESK and informed the connection will be done in 48 Hours.
As even after two days I did not get the connection I contacted you today for redressal and you again promised to forward the complaint and promised the connection will be done today.
Hence I am writing this complaint to you for solving my problem immediately or refund the amount. I also advise you to instruct the customer care people not to put through the customers to VRITIINFOCOMM BILLDESK as it seems to be mischievous.
