Thumbs down Airtel digital tv consumer harasment
airtel digital tv consumer id 3002231624. The digital tv set top box supplied was faulty and was replaced 3 times since 26th nov.2009. It is not functioning since 24th aug. again and complaint no. 3653310 & 364945 on 24th & 25th were not attended since then. We are given just assurances on all the occasions when we called customer care dept.
Strict action must be taken against such malpractices resulting in harassment to consumers.
It is also important to note that the call on the toll free no. provided by the co. takes about 5to 10 minutes every time we call.
