I connected Airtel disk tv on 22-05-2010 in my name Bikash Thapa which is free for 4 (four) months. Yesterday I recharge my Airtel disk tv at Rs. 100 but when i inquery my bal account is show only Rs.12 so i cannot get English Pluse which cost Rs. 50 per month. please tell me who my bal is Rs.12 only.
