It's been more than 3 months now that I am not able to use Airtel Digital tv services.
I have chased Airtel digital tv customer care many a times over phone, email etc. But, no action taken.
Now I am receiving messages that if I dont recharge my subscription it will be eligible for permanent disconnection; at the moment it is in suspended mode.
I have already chased customer service department n number of times. Many a times I am given phone numbers of service engineer who never respond to my request.
Airtel expects me to keep paying even if they dont provide me any services?
Is it my responsibility to chase service engineers?
