Dear Sir/Medam,

i given Complaint through Airtel Customer Care on 19th of August but problem not solved in this regards from august 19th to october 29th i called so many times but there r telling in 2 or 3 hours our person will call & solve this problem but i called on 30th october there r telling that problem solved but against i willtake complaint but not solved that again they r given new complait no (13460553) but still means 08th november it is not solved & thay r sent the msg that ur problem as solved if not solved call to this no 9740990503, i called this no twice she is telling today we will send same thing 8th nov i called but she not at all picked the call also problem also not solved from last 3 months & not get DD for amt in my account,

Pls do the needful as soon as possible
