I am Airtel Digital TV customer (Customer ID: 3003352889). Few months ago Airtel introduced some new channel in my subscribed Mega package through different satellite. They duly increased rent for those channels, but never bothered to inform customers about it. I was in dark till one of my friend told me that I am entitled for 180 channels instead of 175 channels which I was getting at that point of time. I promptly raised a complain with service center. I was conveyed that it will be fixed within 24 hours. It has been more than two months no one has come to fix it. I am still getting 175 channels only. During this entire 2 months, i have tried calling service center at-least 100 times, sent dozens of "HELP" messages, but there is no call/reply from Airtel side.
To me this attitude is highly unprofessional and unscrupulous. I had been paying for channels which I am not seeing from months. And now even after complains, there is no response. Seems like Consumer forum is only option left to me..
