Dear Sir,
I am an Airtel Digital TV customer (customer ID 3000072478). My recharge was over and services suspended in the month of May 2010. I got a message on 29.5.10 that if a recharge of more than Rs 200 was done, 10% extra recharge will be provided by the company. I recharged with Rs 300.00 the same day.
How ever the extra 10% has not been provided so far. I got a complain no.3129106 on 24.6.10 for my complain and I was assured that this recharge would come by 4:30 pm that day only. After that whenever I contact, I am being assured that this would be done in next 24/48 hours. But this has not been done so far. I was also assured yesterday that I would a get an email/SMS to this effect, but that has also not reached me so far. I have requested them through email also. Only the first email has been aknowledged. I have informed them that if the needfulis not done I will go the consumer forum. But to no avail.
Please help.
