hello

I have done payment on 27 sep 2011 for digital tv. And still on oct 10,2011 they didn't install it yet. As they said they will take maximum 48 working hours for installation.each time whenever i call their customer executive they said till tomorrow evening our engineer will visit and done with installation but still no one came to my house for installation. They are not giving me proper answer.. they local person not picking my phone.. they call me only 2-3 time and didn't give me any satisfactory answer . Now i am felling that i am a beggar and begging for connection after giving money.. This is not proper way they can return my money if they are not able to install of can say we can't install.. but each time they said wait for evening... how many evening i need to wait...My mom is here with me for vaction after one month she will return to my home town.. so i need connection for them.. after one month it's useless for me... what i need to do...
