employee done mistake that she recharge to another customer id that was
3006998643.But my customer id number was 3006998943 and then I complaint to her
but she did not give proper response to me and she told we will not help any
thing .Please help me sir I give information of kadapa Airtel DTH office it was

I would like to inform you that Airtel HD DTH tv viewer and my condition is really is horrible and pathetic while dealing with customer care . I have purchased annual package one month back and now i am not getting no audio in signal (only video). I am trying hard to catch customer care but it is of no use. No Engineer has visited my home and i am getting SMS that your problem is resolve. My payment shall be due on next year June 2012 and SMS is am getting please pay to avoid connection.

Please help me to resolve DTH audio problem which is persisting from last 15 days.
