Myself Govil Singla having Airtel dish tv customer ID 3000839439 . I have recharged my dish tv with 500 Rs on 25/06/10. I have called the customer care minimum 20 times to change my plan or package to ' new value pack' under the scheme that u pay for 3 months and get 4th month free , none of your customer executive helped me out and also none of them is having the proper information that how much would it charge some say 456 rs and some says 480 rs , this is a matter of great concern that I have wasted my many hours for such a thing . I am using this airtel dish tv since long their are continusily deducting money from my account ,. As Airtel is a big name so this behaviour is not expected from them. Take immediate steps .

I have also registered the complaint having the complaint no - 3147810 but no action has been taken by the Airtel services.
