    Default 2500 dispute pending since 1st June 2011(5 months)

    I am an Airtel DTH customer from Gurgaon. Customer Id# 3001853899, ph number- 9818435906. On 1st June 2011, suddenly Rs 2500 were taken out of my dth account by airtel and my bal went -2500. upon calling I was told, this has been done due to 'chargeback' and I should contact my credit card bank. I did and my bank says they did not make any such request and the money never showed up in my credit card. I have already sent my cc statement to airtel many times.

    Since then I have called 100s of times and talked to supervisors, managers, nodal officer, written so many emails and nothing has been done. They keep giving me run arounds like ask bank to submit fresh chargeback (i did ask citibank, even talked to high managers, and they say how can they do it when they didnt request one in the first place).I am getting no help at all. Since my account was in negative had to recharge again for 2500 to get my TV working.

    PLS PLS help !!! This has been very frustrating 5 months for me.

    Default dth airtel

    it is one of the most worst service of airtel...no one should go for it really its troublesome..want to test bitterness of it..??? no.. will never guide anyone to take it.My problem is pending from last 2 months no action nothing at all..they will say onece this is your complain no..the nex day again..your complain is not resistered..why this ..??? we don't have any proof to answer..the should send message regularly ,which is no doing,not sending any message to e-mail id also..
    i simply say don't go 4 it...or it will harasshh.. u

    Default Issue unresolved

    Hi my name is Amanpreet Singh & my customer id is 3000407917. I am so upset with the customer service provided by airtel. i have an issue regarding the direction change of the dish and i have lodged the complaint regarding this for 4 times and still the issue remains unresolved. My complant number's are 10745360...11637123.....11722130.....*12230720. This is very unprofessional. There is no one to listen to our complaints, we pay for the services n we want the services in return. I had this illusion that airtel is the best service provider but airtel itself proved me wrong. If you can resolve this issue well and good else i want my money back coz i want to switch over to other co.

    Angry Installation Not Happening

    Hi,

    I bought an Airtel digital TV connection from the airtel website on 9th Oct 2011. Same day I got a call from Airtel office and they generated my customer id (3008976124) and took all the details confirming that installation will happen within 72 hours.

    Since that day I have been making repeated calls to customer care and my local airtel dth office but the installation is not happening. Everyday the service person tells me that he will be coming at 4 PM but nobody comes. Since I have to be at home at the time of installation I am taking off from office to be at home at 4 PM but nobody comes.

    This is ridiculous. First of all they take the money and then they make a fool of us. I would like any help to get my amount refunded as I dont want this bullshit airtel anymore.

    sir,
    i am sanjay gupta with your dth consumer number 3000069340 ..contact number 9769969094..resgistered mobile...i have recieved the message of scheme where i can get 6 popoular channel @ rs 10 each ..but when i sms ADD ANIMAL10 at 54325 from reg num ..it has not replied me anything ....but custm care mr bhagat abhijeet gave the complain no: 21004522 and said to wait till some time ..but after not getting solved called cust care ..santosh daigude said it has not been done he also not transfered to snr

    Hi ,
    This is kamaraj my customer ID;3000803858,mobile:09865095234,I have recharged on 20/10/2011,
    for Rs.170(south economic pack) but my tv shows 'NO SIGNAL' suddenly i made a complaint on that day..the customer care people taking complaint but no one(engineer) has to come.so i do complaint every day from 20/10/2011 to 28/102011. for this people say please stay home our engineer will come, that's why i put 4 days LOP. so please do me favor.

    Default Complain regarding Airtel DTH for lack of services

    My costumer id is 3005040336 , mobile no. 9981314300, 8966000862
    My connection is not working from 24th of October & i registered the First complain on 25th October but till this date costumer support of Airtel are unable to process my request. I called regularly to costumer care but i didn't get any proper response 1st the Costumer Care people does not have any knowledge to deal with the matter & they only try to misguide me by making me to call the local dealer , 2nd the local dealer are also not helpful and they misbehaved. I have purchase the system because of the Brand Airtel which i don't trust now.I am not at all satisfy with your services , Now, I want to terminate the connection and want to get the entire amount reimbursed.

    1st complain no. 12994357 taken by Mr Istiyak, Then i got many new complain number but no resolution.
    Mr Sachin the team leader does not responded me and later he refuse or unable to took my call.
    Local employee Mr Umesh Sukla (DURG) shown no interest in my problem.
    Dealer name Nutan Sales - Durg , Nedhi international - Durg.

    Angry Airtel HD Upgrade Poor Call Centre Response

    Hi,
    With so much of Excitation i made a request for HD upgrade on 27th FEB 2012. My Custamer ID is:3004626905. As per Call Centre Executives options reg. payment i opted for Manual Payment, I did the Payment on the same day 27th Feb. The installation should happen within 48 to 72 hrs as per Executive. Then i have waited for 3 days and then i started calling customer Service for Installation. The Call Centre Executives were just a Dolls to readout there Scripted Responses and everytime i call they say with in 30mins i will get a call from installation Dept. But till now i never receive a call from anyone, god knows when i will receive.

    Even after payment and crossing the waiting period of 3 days, How can These Airtel People behave in such an irresponsible way. I am a Loyal customer of Airtel Holding Two Corporate Postpaid Mobile Connections, One Airtel Broadband and One DTH. Really i feel Frustated and I would never refer anyone to become a Customer of Airtel. It is no more a Customer Centric, Though we pay premium for there so called Great Customer Service, it really sucks now.
