I have deposit cash money 2190/- through ICICI bank 4 -10-11 as per below information and send by Mr.tasdeeq ahmad (Sales adviser) through Cell No.9810578553 SMS text is there is "A/c no 628405015694 in favor of vriti infocom pvt ltd city noida" and confirm by phone with tasdeeq ahmad money have transferred but he did not give us the recharge coupon ID neither connection id after lot of call he install the DTH connection but did not activate till, I try to call him but he did not accept my call,
i start to call DTH customer care they ask full story and said it will start with 24 hours but did not have done anythings after 2 week,
please take your product bring back and give my money refund..
