To Whom It may concern.
This is to bring to your notice i did applied for new Airtel DTH connection by entering my name and mobile number on 12th Oct 2011. 13th Oct i recieved a call from +911204087687 and the caller name was Mukesh Dubey. He sent me a link Registration Page and ask me to pay online an amount of Rs 1290 and committed to install the connection at my residence (82/1, First Floor, Village Moti Bagh, New Delhi 110021) on 14th Oct 2011 by the evening. I made a payment of Rs 1290 using internet banking and he (Mukesh Dubey) confirmed that he has received the payment and the same day i received an email from CCAvenue Customer Service, which is an acknowledgement of payment received. The acknowkedge contains an Order Number 4092775 (Vriti Smart Exam Prep - select your target exam). Despite of calling and logging complaints to Airtel Customer Care for DTH (12150) and the number provided by Mukesh Dubey, no action has been taken till date. The customer care executive behaved very rudely and they just dont care about the customer complaints. Everytime they ask for the same information again n again keeping on hold for 15-20 Minutes and just showed their enability to do any action.
I asked them to return my money back, everytime they said they have escalated the matter to their senior and your money will be transferred in your account within 24 Hrs.
Till date i neither i have received my money nor the connection has been installed.
Now I will take some legal action against Airtel DTH and I just dont care about spending more money to file the case in consumer court.
