i got a call from 022-41304100(arnav sarkar) on 30th july for dth he asked me you want HD dth or normal dth, i said i want HD so he told me there r 2 models 1. normal HD 2. recoder HD i said i want want normal HD not recorder one then he put me IVR and charged me 2790/-INR from my cc.
after charging payment he told me that it will be installed today itself at my residence. then around 4pm i got message from airtel that engineer will come around 5 to install, till 6 no call or on came to my place then a call customer service no. to check then they gave me 1 no. 9560594888 i called to that no, they refused to install today i asked that i will be not available tomorrow he i will confirm in 15 mins and hang up. after waiting for 1hour a called again 9560594888 3-4 times no one answer. then again i called customer service no. lodge a complaint then after registering complaint i got call from engineer that he will coming in 15 mins after all installation we engineer start registering view card over the phone customer care executive denies to register as he said on this costomer id.3008502680 HD SET TOP is to installed and hang up then i asked engineer that is this my set top box or not he said its some TSM will send mail and it will be activated then he leave my home the after 1 hour engineer called me and said check is it working now i checked its working then i asked him is this a HD or not he denies its not then i called customer service no. again talk to one of executive he told server is down call us after 1 hour then again i called up at 1100pm he said server not working call us after 1hour or call in morning then in morning today i called again and speak to mr harpreet and tell all the story he promise me that it will be changed today after 1 hour i got call from change engineer that talk to customer service no. we will not change then again i called customer service no. and spoke to suraj prakash verma he transfer my call to Mr Ankush (Territory Manager) he said nothing will be done today it will done tomorrow WOW what a answer from a Territory Manager . SERIOUSLY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY (AIRTEL).
