Hi,
I am Phaneendra. I bought Airtel DTH HD on 1st Feb 2012 by calling 080-44448080. I paid it through IVR system. Rs.2299 was debited from my credit card. I was told that I will receive a call from Backend department to get my cust id. etc.

Its already 8th. From past 4 days I have been chasing people from airtel DTH. I dont have any customer id and reg. mobile no. I spoke to Preethi from escalation dept. and I was told that I will receive a call within 24 hrs. I didnt receive any. Next day spoke to Mr. Manoj Patel. He told me that his supervisor will call him in 30 min.... Now its already 24 hrs.

Today I spoke to Meenakshi from sales dept. She told me that she will call me in 30 min.. till now not received any call...

These people are really pathetic. They dont know what to do. Simply they are pushing the blame to other departments and are not bothered to resolve the issue...

Please.. Please dont buy airtel Products... there are no proper systems in place.. and also the customer service reps, cannot speak English properly.. I get confused whether I should call them or they call me..
