I am having airtel digital tv(HD) at my residence. Since past 1 month now my setup box is having issues-there is no audio output thru hdmi output. It's working fine in AV mode. I have also confirmed that this is the issue with setup box and not with my LCD. Airtel reps have visited and have installed various settop box all are having same problem. This is a serious Issue since it's been left unresolved by Airtel since 10 days now.I really don't have end date or assurance by Airtel with regards to this matter. This incident have shaken my confidence in Airtel Support SysteM.

Since this issue is persisting with Airtel (I have escalated it to airtel Mumbai nodal officer too but there has been no action yet.)for so many days.I would like Airtel to provide me refund of the payment for nearly a month with this issue.also I don't know for how many more months I will have to wait. I will have to change the service if this is not addresed ASAP.I want a new set top box HD - I think that's the only way out for airtel if they intend to help me.I just can't tolerate any more trial n error test run with set top box and my money is being wasted because of complacency attitude from Airtel Reps.
Let me know how sooner new settop box HD and refund for my lost days can be made
