On 24th June 2011 I gave contact details at Airtel site for DTH(HD) connection and then I got call & emal from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd and asked to me to do payment of 3090/- for the same offer and said I will get connection within 24 hours.

On 25th June 2011, a cash collection boy came to my residence at Guduvancheri and told me that the connection will be installed next day. On 29th June 2011 I have been informed about my Customer ID No.3008281419 for future reference and assure me connection will be installed. But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed.

Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call on following numbers 12148, 12150, 044-32018860 and no response till now.

I dont even want to book complaint, but please do get me connection ASAP. Totally fed up with calling all those numbers. I cant even work peacefully in office because of it.

Myself Anshul Babbar purchased a Airtel DTH connection on 05.07.11 through vriti infocom pvt. ltd. and they said that it will be installed on 06.07.11. Yet no one has came to install the same. I have only the reciept of the Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. and its no. Is 21353. What should i do now as noon of there no. is responding.Are these people fraud.?

after reading all these post related to airtel dth and vriti infocom pvt ltd i think i had got cheated as well .I booked airtel dth on 05/07/2011 on airtel website then i got a call from vriti infocom sayin they collect payment on behalf of airtel so their executive manoj came same day to collect payment from my house in paschim vihar ,new delhi and assure me that it will install in next 24hr

but its been 2 days now i havn't recieve any call or update and i am trying their number but its not getting connected my contact number is 9810651826

after reading all these post i think i have got cheated as well . i had booked airtel dth on airtel's website on 05/7/2011 then i got a call from vriti infocom saying they collect payment on airtel's behalf so their executive manoj collected payment of rs 2790 from my residence in paschim vihar on the very same day.

he assured me that people from airtel will come in 24 hrs but itz been 2 days now nobody even called up even their phone numbers are not getting connected i feel cheated .

he assured me that people from airtel will come in 24 hrs but itz been 3 days now nobody even called up even their phone numbers are not getting connected i feel cheated .

I booked Airtel DTH connection through Virti Infocom on 14th July 2011. they had promised to get it installed today .but they did not . on trying to contact them all there numbers . we just could not contact them ,every time all the phones were user busy .. on searching the net I came across these forums and was shocked to see this that customers are suffering in the hands of VIRITI infocom .We have just shifted to a new residence and were using Tata sky since the beginning in our old house . we decided to go with AIRTEL in the new house ,as we are loyal customers for airtel landline and mobiles ... but with my experience I think I made a wrong choice
My 6 years son is after me to get the TV installed but I think in the hands of Virti I think I was just robbed.
I request Airtel presence to please help me in getting the money back or getting the TV installed in next 24 hours

Yesterday I paid Rs.3290 for HD connection online thtrough my credit card. The enthusiasm, focus & perseverance displayed by the Air Tel Customer Service Rep at Mumbai was phenomenal & I was told that I would get the connection in 24 hrs, worst case by today evening.

My customer id was 3009135897.

Today after a marathon phone calls to Air Tel the Airtel engineers came home at 4pm & installed the dish antenna & set up box. Then I was told that the account was not complete & hence cannot be activated. When I contacted the customer service they asked me for pin number & despite my saying that I do not have it as I had done the payment on line there was no response.

I tried calling Ms.Meenakshi the Air Tel nodal officer at Bangalore & she did not pick up the call. As of this instant I do not have the connection activated.

My mobile, lan line, broadband are all Air tel. I HAVE DECIDED TO DISCONNECT ALL THESE AIR TEL CONNECTIONS & CHOOSE SOMETHING WORTHWHILE WHERE THAT ORGANIZATION FEELS FOR THE CUSTOMER. AIRTEL IS AN APATHY AND A RIDICULE FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

mr.prabal partap singh told me that the connection will be installed next day. On 1st nov 2011. But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed.

Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call on following numbers 18001028080 & prabal partap singh mobile no-09015292585 and no response till now.
