I am fed up with the Airtel DTH customer care.

They just refuse to do the re-installation of my DTH connection for last 6
days. Finally after breaking my head against the wall they did the
re-installation today .
will also register a complaint in the Consumer Court against Airtel DTH. I
spoke to the manager(Lokesh) yesterday and he said work will be done.
He gave me number of the enterprise in Whitefield. When I called that number he
said that's not my job.
Rubbish service quality. My DTH was de-installed 4 days and now nobody wants to
come for re-installation. finally after spending around 30 hours on call one guy came.. that too not by the service req... i figured out that guy's number on my own...took 3 hours for a simple re-installation, changed my set top box...
Great news is that i am still not able to see most of the channels. I am only
getting some regional channels..
service engineer told me that other channels will come in 10 minutes. Its
been 15 hours and I still do not get the channels.
Next day i tried to call the same technician who installed the set box at my place.. he says i will not come.. When i said i will complain, he says do whatever you want to do, nothing will happen.
I want to disconnect the Airtel DTH connection and from now on I would strongly
advise my friends and relatives not go to for Airtel.
Advise strongly against Airtel DTH. Dont go by the Airtel name. they have outsourced DTH service.. u will realize the problem during installation, relocation or any service you would require...
