Hi,
I've had the worst possible experience with Airtel DTH customer service and with the Airtel Nodal team.
Even after spending almost 12 hours on the phone over 10 days and speaking to almost 15 executives ..my issue still remains.
My customer ID is 3004489059 and my ph number is 9886454699.
My address is : # 111, 2nd floor, 20th Cross, KR Layout, JP Nagar 6th phase, Bangalore - 560078.
For the last 12 days i donot receive multiple channels including Mtv , Sony pix, Sports Channels, Discovery, NGC,.... the list goes on...even though i have subscribed for all these. It says NO SIGNAL. Error Code : B001.
When i tried calling the customer care to get help, i was told my phone number is registered under multiple customer ID's .. the other one being 3003964365 which turns out to be in Bhopal. It has been absolutely frustrating telling Airtel that i dont know anything about this customer ID and my phone number should be registered only under my customer ID in Bangalore.
Despite promises by Sachin, Ankit, Shailendra, Deepak, Yash,Sushma, Tapan ...nothing has happened and the issue still remains. I spend almost 1 hour daily trying to get in touch with Airtel ( bcoz the customer service sucks) and the next 1 hour explaining the problem to them.
If you cannot resolve my problem . then please let me know an address where i can send back your Airtel DTH set top box and I would want my money refunded. Airtel so far has turned out to the worst service service provider i've had to deal with.
This is my last resort before i either throw out the DTH or maybe courier it to Mr Sunil Mittal's office.
