This is S.Santhosh, my mobile no is 9566310035, customer id is 3006702212, i was bought one new airtel dth connection with 7 months free subscription southside pack with the price amt. of Rs. 1790, on 03-01-2011 booked through customer care no of 12148, and amount was paid through collection executive his name is senthil contact no. 044-45544113, i got that airtel dth kit within a week, But my local dealer was not activated my airtel dth due to signal problem, bcoz lot of trees were covered by my home, so he said cut the trees or change ur home, henceforth i changed my home at two days before only in the date of 02-10-2011, at past six months i was not activated this connection and not used, now i contact my local dealer to activate my connection, but they said ur voucher no is does not exist, so i can't do anything u plz contact customer care. Now i'm contact customer care, they registered my complaint only but they didn't take any action, now i'm in helpless, so plz kindly do something and make it needful for me. I want to activate my airtel dth with same 7 months free subscription southside pack. I'm gettting lot of trouble with airtel dth peoples. I need ur help.
