I am using Airtel DTH from 2008 but now experiencing worst services to my complaint which I registered 8 days back.Please refer attached complaint.

I am customer of Airtel Digital from year 2008. From 3-4 days my set top box is not working for which I have registered complaint on 18th May 2010 but till date no body from Airtel attended this complaint.We had received phone calls only.Daily deduction is going on but we are unable to view TV channels from last few days.
