I have received a call from the Corporate office customer care,
regarding my complaint given below.
they are unable to solve the issue and they removed my already activated top up and my extra validity of 45 Days is also removed from my accounts.
What a ridiculous act is this ?.
I am not expecting this type of negligence from a Good DTH provider .
please do the needful as early as possible.

Yesterday I have talked with one of Sr.Supervisor customer Executive for
renewing my AirtelDTH. because your website showing 209 channels for
South ultra package with 2 life time top up, but while in my customer
portal for recharge the system showing only 176 Channels.
As per the supervisor given surety that I will get 209 chanels + 2 life
time top ups.With his surety I have recharged Rs. 5365.00 yesterday for
south ultra package with 2 life time top up - Malayalam & Tamil through
online.
I am sorry to say that till this time I am not getting the complete
channels of south ultra package + top ups.
(The channels Nos are 138 to 143,161, 197, 327, 347, 354, 387 these
channels are not available, but as per website these are available in
south ultra package.
In top up - from Tamil top up 518 & 519 are not available and from
Malayalam 589 & 595 are not available)
I have contacted your customer care executive & Sr.Supervisor customer
Executive today for this. As per them my package and top ups are March
2010 package. So they are going to upgrade to latest South Ultra
package, But there is a technical Issue is that in Free Top up selection
List Malayalam Top up is not showing.
Can you tell me who is responsible for this type of technical issues,
Customer or the provider ?
If the package in system is updated, why the customers package is not
updated ?.
because the customer is paying the full payment , this means you are
cheating the customers - showing in website something & giving another
thing ?
where is Radio channels ? in which channel nos ?
I am sorry to say that I am fed up with Airtel DTH connection, because
my friends are taken TATASky , they don't have any problem- they are
recharged for one year, no tension. If any new channel added in their
package by the provider it automatically added to their package
immediately with out any cost or any call/SMS.
