I am facing real stress with Airtel DTH services. I have sufficient balance in my DTH account but have not been able to view any channel for over 1 week have been calling customer service (over 20 times now) but have not received any resolution till date. They keep raising complaints and then resolving them at their end without doing anything at my end. This has been really frustrating and to add to it. When i say please cancel my services and refund the money that is there in my account they tell me that 'do whatever you want to but we will not refund you your money that will forfeited by Airtel'. I hope anyone from airtel gets to read it and get this sorted.
