Dear Sir,
I have recharged my digital TV account on 14.05.2011 at around 7PM. My
account was suspended since 05.04.2011 and therefore I was regularly
getting call from your customer care regarding to recharge my account.
On 14/05/2011 around 6 PM I have received a call from your customer
care executive, and he has told, we are having one offer for 30-60days
suspended accounts. He has explained me if you are recharging your
account for 4months then you will be get extra 2months grace period.
Then I have recharged with sum Rs.950 (Nine Hundred Fifty) at one
time. Monthly Charges for 4 months is @221x4=Rs.884 + negative amount
around Rs.21.75. = totally comes Rs. 905.75 (Nine hundred five & pe.
seventy five) hence due to odd figure are here your dealer has told to
deposit round amount Rs.950.
After activation of my account I have got only 4months validity, then
same day (i.e 14.05.2011) around 9PM I have complained to your
customer care executive & he has told me the extra 2months validity
will be added in next 2-4 days. Around 15 days of my activation I have
not get extra 2months validity, then I have again re-complained to
your customer care executive & he has told you will be get total
6months validity, because this type of validity is not declaring but
your account will not be disconnected in 4 months.
On 09.09.2011 I have received one message “Your account will be
disconnected in next 5 days Please recharge”. Then I have logged one
complain in your customer care office. The complain no is 11756927.
Then same day I have got one message “please contact at 8002937144”.
Since 10.09.2011 to till now I am regularly talking with your local
Airtel DTV office. Also i am regularly talking with your many customer
care executives, one more complain no 12306731 given by your executive
on 28.09.2011, but still my account is disconnected, We have not
received any response from your end.
Kindly also note that your total amount including negative amount for
4months comes Rs.905.75 only & I have recharged Rs.950. My
Rs.950-905.75= Rs.44.25 (Rs. Forty four & Pe. twenty five) is also
with you, but at present my service has been disconnected & my account
is on negative why ?
You are requested to kindly look the above matter & activate my
account for our extra 2months grace period.
