    Thumbs down Airtel DTH Service is pathetic

    Hi
    It took airtel more than a week to install DTH at my home after i had paid money.
    The call center people used to tell me to contact the negineer or local dealer whereas i paid money through iVR.
    The customer care reps are really bad in understanding and talking.
    Would recommend not to buy airtel DTH .

    Default I had written many times no result.. still getting false commitments form airtel cc
