    Default Airtel DTH (Shell Transource)

    I had applied for Airtel Digital Connection Online.
    they called me from Mumbai from Shell transource company.
    they told me the installation will be done within two days after the payment.
    i had paid rs999 on 2nd August 2010. and after that i didnt got any call from them.
    everytime i have to call them and they dont respond to my call.
    Even i tried calling Airtel Call centre they just register a complaint and does nothing. its over 15days now and i am very frustrated with this service.
    I just want my money back. Even i had convey I am registering a complaint against them but it seems they dont bother.

    they told me the installation will be done within two days after the payment.
    i had paid Rs 5490 on 25nd August 2010. and after that i didnt got any call from them.
    everytime i have to call them and they dont respond to my call.
    Even i tried calling Airtel Call centre they just register a complaint and does nothing. its over 7days now and i am very frustrated with this service.
    I just want my money back.

    I Pinjala Rama Krishna applied for Airtel DTH Product on your promotional call

    I have paid an amount of Rs. 2,250/- vide R.No. 1265 dt 02.02.11 at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad , Andhra Pradesh. Till now i haven't received any services. They have told me that the installation will be completed in next day which is not done.

    I would like to know whether the installation will be done or you can refund the amount immediately.

    The Receipt is in the name of P Rama Krishna by " Shell Transource Ltd "

    Default No Installation

    I'm Anant Ghanashyam. I ordered a second Airtel Digital TV connection on 19/02/2010. For this connections I paid Rs. 3199 to a Airtel Dealership. Billed Under name Shell Transource recipt number 25731.

    They told me they would set up connection within one day. They have not done so I have tried calling them many times but no response all the time. I just want to know what type of company is this. I have a feeling that I have been cheated out of my money after reading other comments on this site.

    I have paid an amount of Rs. 1000/- dt 26.02.11 at New Delhi. Till now i haven't received any services. They have told me that the installation will be completed in next day which is not done.

    I would like to know whether the installation will be done or you can refund the amount immediately.

    I am Francis Joseph Lopez i had applied for new Airtel DTH HD Set box connection. the airtel call center person had called me that they will send person from Shell transource company. -361, tower#10,7th floor, CBD belapur, navi Mumbai 400614 board line 022 41701414. I have paid a amount of 3271/- paid on 27/02/11 for the new airtel hd connection and my receipt no 26620
    they told me the installation will be done within two days after the payment. But still now they haven’t done the installation yet and after that i didn’t got any call from them.
    every time i have to call them and they give me reason that they fixed it today same reason when I call them every time. The person no are 9223556719 from this mam had give me the call to collet the cash.the cash boy who collect the amount is no is 8655234658, then he gave a no that sachin the service engg u will have to call him is no 9223589973,but he never picks the call . after cashing I got another no 9768294350. he tell me that we don’t have HD setup box u will get a normal 999 box but ur money will not be refundable. I have told him that I have paid for hd box why are u giving normal set box he tell me that then u will have to wait for hd setup box.Even i tried calling Airtel Call centre they just register a complaint and does nothing.i would like to know whether the installation will be done or you can refund the amount immediately

    i had applied for a HD DTH connection on 24th march 2011 on airtel website. i got a call same day.they sent a person the next day for collecting Rs.3240/.he gave me a receipt for airtel. But now when i am trying to call back on those numbers,there is no response. I think i have got cheated. Please help.my number is 9810286076.

    I paid Rs. 1590 to Shell transource's cash collection person, for Airtel DTH more than 4 days back.
    I haven't received any updates or installation yet. Shell is not responding, no one picks the call.

    I dont know whats happening here, I got the connection in order to watch the world cup matches, if I don't get the connection b4 the Ind Pak game, then please refund my money. I dint expect this from Airtel at least.

    From Shell transource company,came and installed Airtel Digital TV connection on 1/4/2011.

    We payed RS 1590/- They told with in 24 hours your connection will activate.

    Every time i have to call them and they dont respond to my call.

    Even i tried calling Airtel Call centre they just register a complaint and does nothing.I am very bad experience over your service..

    I just want my money back. Please help me.

    I had applied for Airtel Digital Video Recorder.
    They called me from Mumbai from Shell transource company.
    I had paid Rs3100 on 6th April'11, under the upgradation scheme. Right after one hour of my payment, I had called them, for change in the scheme and they didn't responded to my call.
    Even, I tried calling Airtel Call centre, they just register a complaint and do nothing. Rather, they say that the back hand team will call me within an hour, & it seems that their one hour will never end. It's over 28 hours now and I am very frustrated with this service. The engineer is ready with the upgradation offer, but I want to change the scheme. If it's not possible, I just want my money back. I had conveyed them, that I am registering a complaint against them but it seems they dont bother. Finally, it seems that selling the product is their final motto!!!

    I have paid on 01/04/2011 and till now no response. Whenever i m calling , they r simply saying that we are transferring the call to manager or other dept....but no one is picking up from there.

    Hi,

    I ma vishnu kumar from chennai. I purchase the Airtel DTH from SHELL transource by giving cash amount of 1590 on 30/05/11. I have been told that i vl get the connction within 48 hrs but i m waiting for it till now. they gave me a no of mr vishal 9223589973 and asked me to call if any issue. I am tryingto call 20 times a day on this no but no one is responding. I even dropped a SMS to call me back but still no reply. Kindly help me to get my connection or money back.

    Paid 4000 inr for airtel connection . Shit response from service provider for installation and other hidden cost , which was not told during discussion with customer care . Donot need any connection .. Need my money back

    Angry Non-delivery of Airtel DTH setup box-Chennai

    I had called to airtel no-12150 for a new connection.They told me that one shell transource person will collect the cash from my office.He collected rs.2790/- on 29 aug 2011 with receipt no. 37624..Ive tried to call them but they are not responding at all.i ve called to airtel fellows but they are telling that it will be delivered and shell person will contact me. but till now no body contacted. if this happens then how can i get the connection.atleast this is not expected from airtel. please do the needful quickly and get back to me @ 9940415399.

I have been told that i vl get the connction within 48 hrs but i m waiting for it till now. they gave me a no of mr.sachin-9833802924 and asked me to call if any issue. i called them not at all responding properly. Whether shell Transource is fraud company or what. They collected money and given a receipt that's all.

    Default Connection of dth not given after 15 days

    I am Radhakrisnan applied for Airtel DTH connection vide bill 44992 of amount is 3950/' dated 26- 9- 11
    location kolam dist KERALA . But after 15 days still dth connection is not got to me. I have called several
    times to Airtel cousmer care. so i am fedup from there responce .

    Default waiting for Airtel additional DTH service

    I have requested for additional DTH service, and it's been 4 days since I requested and they said they will install within 48 hrs but still no sign of installation. I have been given a link by Shelltransource to enter my debit card details for payment. First I entered the card details and it said transaction declined. So again I entered and it again said the transaction has been declined. But to my dismay, both the times the transaction happened successful and they charged me RS 1190 both the times. I paid RS 2380 and still no installaion of airtel. I want my RS 1190 back for the extra charge they did and installation as soon as possible. A person named Darmeder from shelltransource attended the call and I got a link through email from anit.kumar@vertexgroup.co.in. All they gave me was a transaction ID: 112013109913034. They also charged additional RS 750. Someone please help me.

    Hello Dilip,

    Does the Airtel presence webpage work? I am getting a 'Cannot display web page' message after clicking on submit !!

    I booked a new Airtel DTH connection on 10th March (morning). I received a link from executive Sukant of Shell Transource and used it to make the payment of Rs 1590 online through my Axis Bank account. I didnt get a payment confirmation for the transaction and so I tried again. It didnt work the second time either however the amount was debited both the times from my account.

    I have called Shell Transource several times since then to know the status. I have talked to more than 10 executives and the way they handle the customer calls is simply appalling. The response has been varied -

    - Payment is not confirmed. I checked with the bank and they confirmed that the amount had been transferred to their account on Saturday itself.

    - Asking to hold the line while they fetch the details. After some time, they just cut the call. This happened at least 3 times. Very irritating.

    - Assuring that they will call back after checking the details. They never call back.

    Not sure by when they are going to complete the installation. I havent received customer id or any sort of sms or email confirming that my payment has been received and the installation will be done withing 24-72 hours as is mentioned in the Airtel website. The service is simply ridiculuos.

    I talked to Sohail Thariani(Shell Transource Team Lead) yesterday to know the status and a representative again took note of the Kerala address where I need to get the installation done (even though I had mentioned the address while booking). Again no communication over sms or email. The airtel presence website is not working after I click on submit. Have the nodal officers list as well http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect...ontactus-home2 and will get in touch with them to escalate the issue if this isnt resolved at the earliest.

    I need the installation plus the refund of the excess 1590 that was debited at the earliest.
