I am sick and tired of Airtel DTH service. My STB was responding very slow ... hence i lodged the complaint. It was replaced ... and within 1 month same issue ... the person came home and concluded that this STB is faulty too. He replaced it with another so called 'tested' STB. that too didnt work ... last few days he is trying one STB after other.

today the STB given to me ... supposedly 'fine' but for some reason ... i am getting error '14' which means my account is suspended.

why on earth is that ... nobody knows ... all these days i am not able to watch the channels and airtel happily charging me for the usage.

tried customer care ... but after some stupid automated message ... it just disconnects the line and i get sms.

any responsible people work for airtel who can solve my issue????
