I am airtel dth customer. My name is swadesh srivastava and my customer id is 3000442231. I had recharge my account on 21.08.2010 by converting from economy pack to new supervalue pack and in that time my account balnce was Rs. 1818/-. Airtel DTH services officer said that the charge of new super value pack is Rs. 1919/- for the one years and he is converting my account to new super value pack and also asked me for deposite the remaining amount within 24 hours. Next day i.e.22.08.2010 i was deposited Rs. 500/- . But airtel dth official alloted me super value bundal pack instead of new super value pack and charge Rs. 2990/- against Rs. 1919/-. For due to this default (by Airtel DTH) my account was showing in debit and after this dth services stop my connection on 24.08.2010 due to non availablity of balance despite this fact that i have already sufficiant amount in my account to run my new super value pack. i had called several times to airtel dth service but they cant help me and answered me rudely. Lastly a DTH service official registered my problem on 24.08.2010 and alotted me registration no.3648291 and advice me that Rs. 2990/- (which was charged wrongly by Airtel DTH service) will be refund shortly. But on 25.08.2010 my airtel DTH account shows that a adjustment of Rs. 1904/12 instead of Rs. 2990/- and shows my account balance in negative and after 36 hours the company not restored my services, that is insulting and humilating to me infront of the family mambers. so, i request to consumer forum to register my complain against airtel dth and fine for Rs. 1.00 lacs for humilating to me.
