On 22nd Aug 2010 I gave contact details at Airtel site for DTH connection and then I got call & emal from Manoj Shah of Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd and asked to me to do payment of 1590/- for the same offer and said I will get connection within 24 hours.

On 28th Aug 2010, a cash collection boy Mr Mahesh (phone no. 9999753780) came to my residence at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi and told me that the connection will be installed next day. On 30th Aug 2010 I have been informed about my ID No.3005115635 for future reference and assure me connection will be installed on 31.8.10 by 1500hrs. But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed.

Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call them on his number and no response.

Is the Airtel looting the people with Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd jointly.

But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed.

Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call them on his number and no response.

please help me as the world cup went by i was not able to enjoy it but still i thought IPL is on i wont miss a thing ,but still there is no sign of anyone here .this is undone airtel is still fooling people with there vriti intocom pvt ltd hand.this is pure loot done by airtel.same on them .

Purchased Airtel DTH online and got a bill from Vriti (Surprising). Paid 1590/- on 27-04-2011. This is pathetic service from Airtel, i will post the Fraud about Airtel and Vriti on facebook and twitter-make sure they are no buyers for Airtel DTH. Never expected that Airtel will let the customers down this way.

Hello,

I gave my details on airtel site on 24-05-2011. I got a call from mister Ajay Goswami (0120-4087616) explaining me the package details 5-6 times on may 25th and assuring me installation within 24hrs (said he will try for same day).

Finally I bought airtel DTH HD-DVR May 25th via online transaction from vriti-interactive with 12Month advance subscription for Rs 7750 (refrence number 3494331). Soon got SMS for my customer ID as 3008031762, and my installtion is scheduled around 5:00 PM on May 26, 2011, and there engineer will call and reconfirm the appointment.

I didn't got any call from them.

When I called back them they asked me to call Jai Communications (Mister Manoj). From there i came to know that it is out of stock (It means vriti is selling the things they dont have).

When i called back vriti, they said it is not possible to install it before 1st june because stock will come at that time. It means they made a false commitment and took Rs 7750 from me. for cash-back they asked for 10 days time.
So i am left with no option but to wait ( for both my money or installation.). When i asked them to communicte same through mail they simply refused.
Really got frustrated by their behaviour.

Please do the needful.

Hi,

I showed interest in Airtel DTH connection and asked for a callback on the Airtel website. I got a call from Vriti Infosystems Pvt Ltd and theys aid they are the third party service providers for Airtel and collected a cheque for Rs 2390/- 1yr subscription on 26th May and said the connection will be installed within a day. On 27th the amount was deducted from the bank but no one has turned up yet. I have registered a compliant with Airtel customer care but in vain. My cust ID is 3008059300. Kindly address the issue asap. This is the most disgusting and ridiculous service I have ever been through.

We have register for the new connection through Internet on 13/06/2011, after registering we received the call from your side and they said they will be sending person to collect the cheque of rupees 1590.00, next day on 14/06/2011 person from VRITI INFOCOM PVT. LTD collected the cheque with favouring on the VRITI INFOCOM PVT. LTD and he said within 24 hours you will get the new connection install. Now till 21/06/2011 we didn’t received any call from your side and there is no intimation from your side also no connection install and after calling 5 time on customer care number West Hub : 020 44448080 we not received any positive answer and they directly disconnecting the phone. Please check the attach receipt copy.

Please revert as soon as possible on this.

On 25th June 2011, a cash collection boy came to my residence at Guduvancheri and told me that the connection will be installed next day. On 29th June 2011 I have been informed about my Customer ID No.3008281419 for future reference and assure me connection will be installed. But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed.

Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call on following numbers 12148, 12150, 044-32018860 and no response till now.

Please do get me connection ASAP. Its really surprising me by the way Airtel dealing with customers.

I too have been in the same situation, I registered for the airtel digital TV ---mega pack (Rs.3950) .The person named Mr, Jatinder called me up for the connection from Vriti Infocom Pvt.Ltd. and the Person named Mr. Baljeet colleceted the same amount from my residence ( H no 367 B gali tehni wali katra sufaid , Amritsar) . He collected the amount on 27-06-2011 and our STB and dish was installed on 30-06-2011 , but after calling at call center i got information that they have not selected out any pack for us and also our account balance was just Rs. 2350 . and we are calling Mr. Jatinder again and again and he is not responding to our calls . At the time we were to shift over to Airtel he used to call us daily for shift over .
This is how Airtel such a big house is dealing with its customers .

I opted for Airtel Digital TV on 1st of July, 2011 and your Executive (Mr. Puneet Jindal Mob No. 9717165971 from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd) promised to install it on very next day
based on which i pay him Rs. 1400/- cash via Cash Memo/Invoice No. - 20237.

Two other residents from my Company also pay him for installation of Airtel Digital TV and they got it installed on very next day then why i am being deprived of your services till now ?

I called up so many customer care executives but they are explaining no such request is there and giving me junk numbers to follow up most of them are . I am fed up now. Please do helpful i trusted Airtel being a such a big Brand Name this behavior to customer is not desirable. Please update asap and confirm me the same.

If I don't get any proper respose within 24 hours, I will have to report this incident to cyber crime police Chandigarh with all made call logs to Airtel customer care and noida vriti infocom and receipt of payment. Also, I will blog about all this on the public forums of my company (Infosys Technologies Limited) where you can find many potential buyers, and on the social networking sites.

Kindly address the issue asap. This is the most disgusting and ridiculous service I have ever been through.

Nadeem was the contact person from vriti infocom who was talking to me and he mailed me through his email id "nadeem@veiti-interactive.com". He mailed me to give hime the payment reference no which i mailed to him and then he conformed the payment also in his next mail but after that on 21st 2011 I mailed him that I did not received the delivery of Airtel DTH but I did not got any response from him and despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH is not installed yet.

I booked for airtel DTH HD at airtel website.
I am at Bangalore.

Airtel called me, asked me to pay Rs 2640, and said I will get DTH HD new connection in 24-48 hrs.
They said their personnel will come to my residence and collect the amount.

They sent a person, who collected Rs 2640 from me, and gave a receipt of the same, but the receipt has airtel logo and contact details of Vriti.

Since then I am following up with airtel, now 7 days. Rs 1840 was credited against a new account created on my name, but since the entire amount was not credited, airtel hasn't yet given me the connection.

I made atleast 20 calls to them, and 15 mails. Airtel has no escalation matrix. They dont have a proper customer escalation path in their website. We can't talk to anyone accountable.

Each time I call, they ask different requests, which are not related to the previous call. They asked me to scan and send the bill copy of Vriti international, I did that. I tried mailing to email in the receipt, it is a wrong id..

Beware of them, they are cheaters. They will dupe you, both airtel and Vriti.
