sir i had purchased airtel dth connection on 14-8-2011 through online payment. they assured me that dth connection will be installed within 24 hrs ,but now it is 6-7 days passed but i did not got any assistance .
i had ourchased it from connect india Shopping Cart Checkout Page , the sales person to whom i talked is mr. mukesh dubey and his phone number through which he called me is 01204087681.

before payment he was calling me in every half an hours for the payment .but after payment was done he was not recieving my phone .nither he was replying on my mail. his mail address is

i had wasted lots of money calling here and there for kind of assistance ,but all in vain.

i had called to the coustome care the are asking for consumer id but after paymet online i was not given any consumer id only reference number was generated . they told me that they are regestering my complaint and i will be assisted within 24 hrs.but 24 hrs passed and had not any call from any one.

i feel very much cheated by airtel dth. that after payment ,no body is assisting me regarding my dth.

i had also checked it from kanpur local dealer thay told that they had not got any information regarding my dth installation.

sir kindly tell me that is money all gone in vain. sir please either make the arrangement for the installation or made the arrangement for the refund.

Hi,

I have submitted my number in airtel for booking DTH connection and one person called me name Kapil taneja and told me to make payment and your connection will be installed within 24-48 hours the same written at airtel site. I have made the pament by credit card and he accepted the recept for the same, and now more then 72 hours past i have not got any call. Even i am calling on same numer no one picking the call.

This is my since request please try to solve the problem ASAP. Otherwise i will going to register a case for fraud and will talk in court.

I logged onto the official site of Airtel to subscribe for Airtel DTH package. A person named Jatinder called me and advised me to either pay through credit card or deposit the amt. in a bank a/c.But as 22/08/11 was a bank holiday,he advised me to pay through his local executive.His local executive collected money from my home with apomise to install the DTH connection by evening.But after that nothing happened.the mobile no.of the local executive is switched off.the no.1204666477 which cantacted me by saying as calling from AIRTEL call center has never been able to connected
I tried to get in touch with their Noida address,but nobody responded.I am smelling something very fishy.

How can an unscrouplous company get into the official website of Airtel and hook customers.

I also paid for Airtel Digital Tv through vriti-interactive on 02.09.11 but i am yet to receive any calls from Airtel regarding installation . After going through so many complains on this forum i am getting worried that i have been a victim of cyber fraud. I fail to understand how a co. such big as Airtel can do this. Here is the mail i sent to digitalTV@airtel.in on 05.09.2011.

I hope somebody does something about my concern otherwise I have to go to consumer court.

I have made the payment for Airtel DTH for Rs. 1290 to Mr. Jitendra sing of Vriti Infocom on 05/10/2011. i given the details at airtel site and some body from Vriti Infocom called me and ask me for online payment worth Rs. 1290 so i did it. and they promise to install the connection within 24 hours but nobody came and nobody is picking the phone.

Airtel has cheated me,

Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd on behalf of AIRTEL has taken Rs.1290 from my residence on 10.10.11 on the promise that DTH connection will be installed with next 24 hours.

One Mr Rajneesh 9990547851 collected the money and issued receipt no 23644 dated 10.10.11.

Till date that is 13.10.11, no one has come for DTH installation. No response from Airtel despite registering protest and complaint.

What a way to fleece innocent customers.

Airtel does not provide any Co. Officials telephone no. whom we can contact.

I am fed up and mentally tortured.

& email [shahad.ali@vriti-interactive.com]from mr. Shahad Ali from Vriti Communications.

I had paid Rs. 1590/- towards new connection of Airtel Dish TV South Value pack (Rs.165/- Monthly subscription) of
Rs.250 CASHBACK 4 Months Subscription 151 Channels + 1 Interactive Services and Regional language.

Mr. Shahad Ali has told me that delivery and installation will be done with 24 hours.

On 13th October 2011 i had received call from Vriti (+911204087640) and said due to some technical problems they could not
able to install on 13th October and it will be done on 14th October 2011.

When i tried to call these two number i couldn't able reach them.

I did applied for new Airtel DTH connection by entering my name and mobile number on 12th Oct 2011. 13th Oct i recieved a call from +911204087687 and the caller name was Mukesh Dubey. He sent me a link Registration Page and ask me to pay online an amount of Rs 1290 and committed to install the connection at my residence (82/1, First Floor, Village Moti Bagh, New Delhi 110021) on 14th Oct 2011 by the evening. I made a payment of Rs 1290 using internet banking and he (Mukesh Dubey) confirmed that he has received the payment and the same day i received an email from CCAvenue Customer Service, which is an acknowledgement of payment received. The acknowkedge contains an Order Number 4092775 (Vriti Smart Exam Prep - select your target exam). Despite of calling and logging complaints to Airtel Customer Care for DTH (12150) and the number provided by Mukesh Dubey, no action has been taken till date. The customer care executive behaved very rudely and they just dont care about the customer complaints. Everytime they ask for the same information again n again keeping on hold for 15-20 Minutes and just showed their enability to do any action.

I asked them to return my money back, everytime they said they have escalated the matter to their senior and your money will be transferred in your account within 24 Hrs.
Till date i neither i have received my money nor the connection has been installed.

Now I will take some legal action against Airtel DTH and I just dont care about spending more money to file the case in consumer court.

I have remind Mr.Tasdeeq Ahmad(Sale Advisor) & your airtel team lot of time by mail & call but they did not activate my connection since 15 days and every new one ask me lot of question after that said it will activate with 24 hrs and call back to you with half hour or it start next morning 11 O'Clock, But the position always same no call back, no activation only give us lot of frustration and west of my time, I feel mistaken to purchase DTH from online, i should take it from dealer.

Airtel has cheated me on D2H & Beware of them, they are cheaters. They will dupe you, both airtel and Vriti.

1. Why Airtel encouraging Vriti? even lots of complaints in the forum's/customer care
2. Why should I have to wait for such a long time? if it is not done in the proper time, you have to revert back amount to the customer.
3. whether I did fault account transfer, if so let me know.
4. From airtel customer care, I am getting calls like it will be done by EOD but no one came and fix my problem.
5. Please co-ordinate with concern people and fix this within a 2days else please revert back my amount and I wil choose alternate connection.
6. If it is not happen in another two days, definately I will sue a file in the consumer court and as its already irratated with your service.
7. Please behave like human beings & don't be like animals(they will not listen human words)

I have received a call on 24th Oct, from the following number 09971110801 - Arun, as per conversation he said, it will fix asap(mostly by today or tomorrow). The day immediately before today I have called to that mobile number @1:30pm and one lady picked my call and she said he went for lunch, again 3:45pm I called, again he didn't back from lunch,again 5:50pm I called and he was telling that I am out of office and will giv the status in 10mins and again, I didnt received a call from him and again I called, he said giv me 10mins. I don't know why airtel people are playing like this, if you are not giving the new connection please revert back the amount to the customer, please feel from customer side how he will be suffering for this, or else tell with the customer like " we have cheated your amount" If you are not giving back my amount also fine but dont tell like it will be happen sooon. Please confirm with proper technisian's and do the needful on this...Very worrest service, I dont have time to sue a file in the consumer court if I will find some time definately I will sue a file in the legal court. Please behave like a human beings not like animals.
