I booked a HD connection online on 24.10.2011 and made online payment of Rs. 2200 (Transaction id : 17351454) and the representative (mobile no. 9702742379) confirmed me that the installation will be done on 25.10.2011 but no one turned up and neither i received any call. Then on 25.10.2011 i contactedAirtel again on mobile no. 9594510431 (Mr. Rohit) and was confirmed that installation will be done on 26.10.2011 but no one turned up. I tried to contact mobile no. 9702742379 the person who contacted me first and i made theonline payment of Rs. 2200 for HD connection but he didn't responded also Mr Rohit (mobile no. 9594510431) . Then on 26.10.2011 i contacted the customer care on 01244448080 and had talk with 04 Airtel representatives last being Mr. Vikas and Mr. Kamlesh Kumar i was told that the senior will contact me but no one turned up. I tried to contact mobile no. 9702742379 and Mr Rohit (mobile no. 9594510431) on 26.10.2011 & again on 27.10.2011 but they didn't picked my phone. Then i called Mr Rohit (mobile no. 9594510431) with my another number and to my surprise he picked the phone immediately.

In the process i had already spend more than Rs 500 on my phone. Please help
