I had bought the Airtel HD dish TV connection on 18 Jun 2011. In the month of Dec 11, the remote control became unserviceable. The warranty for which is for one year and hence valid upto 17 Jun12. I had lodged the complaint on the night of 30/31 Dec 11 and since then i have lodged 4 complaints for the same problem. There has not been any response by the Company in the last 16/17 days other than repeated assurances for the repair work. I have been denied the channel viewing in these last 16/17 days, besides the expenditure incurred in making a number of calls for the same problem. I would like to get additional viewing for these days which i have lost out in addition to early redressal of this problem. How and in what manner should i progress? Kindly guide.
