    Default Airtel HD Dish TV

    I had bought the Airtel HD dish TV connection on 18 Jun 2011. In the month of Dec 11, the remote control became unserviceable. The warranty for which is for one year and hence valid upto 17 Jun12. I had lodged the complaint on the night of 30/31 Dec 11 and since then i have lodged 4 complaints for the same problem. There has not been any response by the Company in the last 16/17 days other than repeated assurances for the repair work. I have been denied the channel viewing in these last 16/17 days, besides the expenditure incurred in making a number of calls for the same problem. I would like to get additional viewing for these days which i have lost out in addition to early redressal of this problem. How and in what manner should i progress? Kindly guide.

    Complaint Regarding the Worst Services and Bad Response


    Dear Airtel Digital TV Team !!!

    This is to inform you that, i have taken a Connection with Mr. Lalit from the number 12148, and after a long discussion i have purchased a Airtel Digital Tv Cponnection @ 1199 Via IVR System And Axis bank Credit card with the following Details:

    transaction: 18381267
    booking: 57909
    Date: 14/01/2012
    Executive : Mr. Lalit
    Payment: Rs. 1199
    Registered Mobile no: 9414282749, 9799950555

    As per my urgent req, i have been promised by Mr. Lalit that your connection will be installed by tomorrow any how, You just make the payment through Credit card, i have arranged that and made the payment, Since that day to till date i have not received any call from installation department, i have called at 12148 to 10-12 times and complaints many times but always commit Nonsense from the team, many time disconnected the call, and suggested for the Refund.

    no one is taking our concern serious, Is Airtel Providing such services to their client, i am using airtel mobile phone and Airtel broadband connection and also facing lots of similar kind of issues, is this company going to cheat with the general people by making the fake promised and duping their hard money. and wasting their time to make them call again and again to Call center to make a Complaint and then resolution.

    How we people need to trust on your services, Kindly make a Refund to us, because we have no more trust left in your services, we have insulted very hardly by your call center team even after making the full payment.

    Kindly process for the refund and send us the apology letter. else we have to take this case to the further step, you guys well known, what we are talking about.
