We bought Samsung LCD TV and we got Airtel DTH connection along with that in Tirupati sometime in October 2010.

After 3 months somebody from Airtel came and took the set-up box remote and everything. Here my old parents stay and the Airtel people compelled them to return the set-up box and others. This looks as if they threatened them and took the stuff.

Now the Airtel DTH people are not ready to take this complaint also. Now they say that this is with some other's name ( Rajanikanth).

So I think this is how Airtel people are cheating the people by providing them free connection along with the TV. Though its promised free I am sure that those charges will be taken with the Cost of the LCD TV.

I am still waiting for the Airtel DTH to take necessary action.
