are switched off

But to My surprise nonbody as turn up and the phones are also coming not reachable. I request you to take some kind of action against the M/S Appco Marketing (Indai) Pvt Ltd,Mumbai & Reliance BIG TV.

company's employee mr.radheshyam sharma(mob.no.09999627577) has come to my shop on 12.06.2011.he discuss the scheme for reliance big tv,and take a cheque 019248 of bank of baroda amount 1490.00.and he tell me activation of big tv with in one week..cheque amount all ready cleared on 14.06.2011 by bank.
But sorry to say after 21 day's my connection is not activate.and nobody pick up my phone.
Please help me in this matter

Fraud by appco marketing for reliance big tv
Dear sir,
company's employee mr.PANKAJ (mob.no.09646234783) has come to my shop on 30.08.2011.he discuss the scheme for reliance big tv,and take a cheque 277820of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK amount 2980.00.and he tell me activation of big tv with in TWO DAY..cheque amount all ready cleared on 05.09.2011 by bank.
But sorry to say after FIVE day's my connection is not activate.and nobody pick up my phone.
Please help me in this matter

On hearing this we have issued cheque(ICICI Bank) to him. The executive not at all turned up and subsequently there is no response from him in telecon also.
So kindly look into this matter and do favourably to me.

The executive not at all turned up and subsequently there is no response from him in telecon also,now the mobile is going switched off.
So kindly look into this matter and do favourably to me.
