Dear sirs/madam,
I have Air tel Digital TV DTH.My customer ID NO IS 3001393410 For last 3 days i have no signal the family did not get to watch television their whole weekend went bad son was upset he missed his cartoons etc
I have called Air tel customer care toll free number 5 times since the time the services /signal have been suspended every conversation has lasted for plus 10 minutes.Every time they give me some excuse & manage to passify me giving some stupid excuse
With so many players of DTH in the market why is Air tel not seriously taking up customer grievances.In a customer oriented business where customer is king his satisfaction is very very important.The air tel people should pick up their socks have a good customer support & give good training to its staff......OTHERWISE...These guys will soon crash !!!!!!
