I have Purchased BiG Tv on 29 may 2011.My set up box of big tv is not getting power on for the last 7 days i made the first complaint on 09 JUNE 2011 and i was given a complaint number 154419923.and told that with in 48 hrs the technical staff will visit me. i did wait for 48 hours but no visit from the Big tv technical people.I had contacted customer care every day they just told we forward your compliant and technician will cal u soon but still no body come to solve the problem
