Hi, My name is chandan kumar i am writing here beacuse i cannot find any other way to complaint about Videocon D2H which is making problem for me. i have purchased videocon D2H a month ago and this is the second time i am facing problem i don't watch television alot hardly 2 hours in a day but still two time i am having trouble with D2H, first time my set top box was not working then i raised complaint and engineer came to my place and said the charger is gone bad how the charger can stop working in just 7 days, that shows how bad product videocon use to make peoples fool and fill their pocket i have not watched my TV till the time it repaired first time.

Now, this is the second time i am having trouble with D2H this time its showing technical error, i tried to call D2H and i told the problem to representative he told me that he is sending signal to my set top box and the problem will be fixed in 2 hours, i was also told by him that i have to keep my set top box and Television ON. i did wait for more than 2 hours but its not fixed, i have been facing this problem from last 4 days no buddy get back to me and asked my problem, then after 4 days i called them again then i tried dialing their numbers which is written under the box, most the time IVR says number is busy call back later or says all representatives are busy call back later and calls dropped automatically, few times, that shows lot of customers are facing problem with D2H, then after a long try i get connected to the number and i talked to the representative i asked to connect me with supervisor and she hung up on me, my issue is not still resolved.

Worst part:
1) Representative abused me and it can be proved if they check the call recordings.
2) High call flow and representatives are less which keeps the caller in Que for long time.
3) Representative Hung up on customer when asked for transfer the call to supervisor.
4) Bad quality product.
5) Bad Customer cares numbers hardly connect the calls.
