I have had a connection with airtel a year back and using for a good year of span i for some reason contacted them for some service not working properly and this guy at customer service was acting smart and when i yelled at him for some reason he abused the hell out of me and i raised a complaint against the gentleman.
I got a call from airtel apologizing for the same and because of some arrears in the bill i told them about it to which they never responded and kept charging me a fine to it.
My number was 0120 4569474, its been a year now and i haven't paid them and they ve been sending their people to chase me and sending letters and sometimes threatning calls from their collections team who are really abusive
i decided not to pay them for the same.
Now there is Mr Malhotra whose chasing me from some law firm saying there is case they have registered against me.
Can i please request for some help and strict against this company so that the abusive calls can stop.
